New Nav, Hot and Fresh Out the Kitchen

Navigation has a new look and feel. Check out the floating nav bar and new glassmorphic effects on key elements throughout Bookends including:
- Main navigation
- Primary create button (the big + button in the bottom right)
- Search & shelf settings on the bookshelf page
More Focused Session Screens

We've received some feedback that the session and session details screens can be confusing and kinda plain and believe me, WE HEAR YOU. Updates to the session screens include:
- Clearer input descriptions - start page / end page / start % / end %
- Book details - Sessions will include details on selected book and author
- Improved action prompting - primary actions will stick out more
- Smoother animations - for toggling between pages / percentages
